Treat citizens as your "boss", Fadnavis tells police
December 28, 2015

Police should treat citizens as their "boss" to gain confidence and devote themselves in their service, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today said.
"To win public confidence, police should adopt the attitude of a servant and treat people as their boss," he said.
Fadnavis was speaking after inaugurating a new building housing the Mumbai Police Headquarters.

The chief minister, who also holds the Home portfolio, said there was a need to provide more houses for police personnel.
