Delhi govt constitutes inquiry commission for DDCA probe

JUST IN: The Delhi government has issues notification, and has constituted a one-member commission of inquiry to probe into the DDCA matter.

Former Solicitor General Gopal Subramaniam has been appointed as the head of commission of inquiry.

The cabinet also decided to call a special session of Delhi assembly on Tuesday to discuss the DDCA issue and the last week's Central Bureau of Investigation raid on the Delhi secretariat.The decisions were taken at a cabinet meeting, presided by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
