Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday called on Vice President Hamid Ansari (who is the Rajya Sabha chairperson) inside Parliament and spent at least 30 minutes discussing the impact of stalling proceedings and the GST Bill in the Rajya Sabha thanks to a handful of Congress MPs.
