PM in the Rajya Sabha: This debate is special because we mark the 125th birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.  Our nation cannot forget or ignore the exemplary contribution of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. We need to rise above obstacles.
