Heavy Rainfall warning for next four days for south coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema has added to the woes of the southern states already slammed by torrential rains.
A temporary shelter for hundred persons has been readied even as Navy teams are prepped with food packets and water for distribution.
