Pak's decision is unfortunate; India did not set preconditions: MEA

India's Ministry of External Affairs has responded to Pakistan's cancellation of NSA-level talks with India saying Pak's decision is unfortunate.
"We only reiterated that Pakistan respect the spirit of the Simla and Ufa Agreements to which it was already committed," the MEA said.
