Minutes after Vikas Swarup, the ministry of external affairs spokesperson, said that India was committed to discussing issues with Pakistan peacefully, bilaterally, Home Minister Rajnath Singh reiterated the government stand, saying, "We are firm on our stand that whatever talks are held withPakistan should only be on terrorism."
