In a presser quelling rumours of cancellation of India, Pakistan talks, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson said this evening, "India is committed to discussing issues with Pakistan peacefully, bilaterally. New conditions by Pakistan cannot be the basis of going forward."

"As per Ufa deal, the NSAs were to discuss issues related to terror," he added.
