India Today reports: According to exclusive details available with India Today, counter-terrorism will be high on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's agenda during his trip to the United Arab Emirates and he is also likely to urge the Gulf nation to seize properties belonging to wanted underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.

According to sources, National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, who is accompanying the PM on the tour, is carrying a confidential list of Dawood's properties in the UAE. 

Doval's dossier on Dawood also includes all the latest information available with India about him.
