One person was killed in a shooting at Wayne Community College in Goldsboro, North Carolina, and the campus was on lockdown as authorities searched for the shooter. At least one person was shot in a school library, Daniel Wiggins, assistant operations manager for Wayne County, North Carolina said, adding that the shooter had been brought under control.
