Two IAS officers from the Gujarat cadre and one officer from the Rajasthan cadre have been shortlisted for the post of Secretary to the Prime Minister.
Narendra Modi will be interviewing them once he is back from the US. This comes since his secretary, R Ramanujan, retires tomorrow. The tentative date for the interview is after Dusshera.
