Senior journalist Rajdeep Sardesai was caught on a video recording amidst a scuffle with a crowd in outside Madison Square on Sunday. The incident has led #RajdeepSlapped to break the trend record of #ModiAtMadison on Twitter on Sunday evening.
Watch the videoThe miscreants targetted Sardesai for what they believe to be his anti-Modi stance. However, India Today reports that the organiser of the event, Vijay Jolly, apologised to Sardesai for the behaviour of the miscreants.
