Twenty-three people were killed and 17 injured in a bus accident in Bilaspur district, Himachal Pradesh. The bus fell into the Gobind Sagar reservoir at Rayian near Bilaspur, 95-km from Shimla. The bus was over loaded, ordering a ministerial level inquiry, says GS Bali, HP Transport Minister.
