In a brilliant editorial today, the Times of India newspaper has given some friendly advice to External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on creative thinking in diplomacy. This bit advice should have come from the Prime Ministers Office, perhaps, since Indian diplomacy is on the cusp of change and unless the South Block moves in sync with the spirit of the times, it may get marginalized.
