Even as the Supreme court stayed proceedings on criminal defamation cases filed against BJP leader Subramanian Swamy by AIADMK supremo J Jayalalithaa, Swamy is not taking it easy. Swamy tweets that he is now going file a fresh affidavit against Jayalalithaa for having 12 benami companies which are doing business with the Tamil Nadu government.
