The PM reached out to the opposition saying, he hoped the winter session of Parliament would be fruitful. Narendra Modi said the last session of Parliament was fruitful as the opposition had played a positive role. "All MPs have responsibility to run the country," Modi said addressing the media outside Parliament house.
