At least 45 UP govt ministers are likely to participate in SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav's birthday celebrations in Rampur today. The highlight of the event is a very special 75-ft long ,U-shaped cake prepared by a top notch bakery in New Delhi. The cake will be carted to Rampur about 200 km away. Though the birthday falls on November 22, the celebrations will commence from this afternoon and continue until the following day.
