The Supreme Court directs CBI Director Ranjit Sinha to recuse himself from the 2G case investigation. The order comes on the basis of a petition filed by senior Supreme Court lawyer Prashant Bhushan saying Sinha was interfering in the 2G scam probe. Bhushan had said the CBI director was trying to protect influential accused in the scam.
