As it gets down to business, one of the first few things Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Cabinet will be faced with with is the legislative responsibility it has got saddled with in the form of 60 Bills currently pending in the Rajya Sabha. The first cabinet meeting will be held at 6 pm today.
