India talks tough with Pakistan on terror. All security issues including 26/11 mastermind Hafeez Saeed, Dawood Ibrahim, figured in the just-concluded talks. India also brought up the attack on the Indian consulate at Herat.
Afghanistan president Hamid Karzai had said that the Lashkar-e-Toiba was responsible for the attack.
