JD-U MLAs want Nitish Kumar to continue
May 18, 2014
JD-U MLAs have appealed to Nitish Kumar to stay on as CM. Nitish Kumar stepped down as the Bihar chief minister on Saturday taking moral responsibility after the rout of the ruling party in the Lok Sabha elections.

Kumar says he needs a day to consider the appeal.

The BJP says horsetrading has begun after Nitish's resignation. They want the JD-U to parade all its MLAs -- a show of strength.

They say if the JD-U is willing to tie up with the RJD it shows their hypocrisy.
