Ram Kumar Singh, a Delhi slumdweller sells daalmot just outside the BJP HQ and hopes to make Rs 500 today as he expects the crowd to keep swelling. He said he was a Narendra Modi supporter and voted the BJP. He wants the PM-designate to legislate a law for hawkers so that police does not harass them. Out of the Rs 500 which Singh hopes to earn today, Rs 200 will be spent on bribing the cops.
