Vicky Nanjappa @ Varanasi: Election Commission officials say that Ajai Rai's actions of sporting his party symbol after voting is an offence. 

The EC has sought video footage of Ajay Rai casting his vote. 

Further action will be initiated after the footage is observed, EC sources informed. 

The officials will also question the polling booth officials as to how they let Rai vote while sporting his party symbol.
