Apparently, the reason for Rahul Gandhi has moved out of the Congress War Room at 15, Gurudwara Rakabganj Road to 2, Tughlaq Lane - is now trickling out. Gurudwara Rakabganj Road apparently was not secure and inner-circle discussions and speculations, especially on the number of seats expected in the polls (75-80) has upset Congress leaders. Tughlaq Lane is believed to be more secure.
