Former President Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed's son Pervez Ahmed will contest as a Trinamool Congress candidate from Barpeta Lok Sabha constituency in Assam. Ahmed's name figured in the fourth list of nine TMC nominees released today, including seven from Assam, one each.
