Modi witnesses launch of PSLV C-23

ISRO launches PSLV C-23 with 5 foreign satellites from Sriharikota. The PSLV-C23 rocket is carrying satellites of France, Germany, Canada and Singapore. 

Among the audience is Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who arrived at Sriharikota on Sunday, to witness the rocket launch from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre.

This is India's fourth dedicated commercial launch, but the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle's 27th launch. The launch vehicle costs Rs.100 crores.
