Railways blames sabotage, Gowda says it's too early to decide

While Gowda has refused to comment on whether it was sabotage that caused the derailment, railways says it suspected sabotage by Maoists. "Prima facie, it appears to be a case of sabotage. There was a blast on the track, which could have caused the derailment," Railway Board Chairman Arunendra Kumar said in Delhi.
