'No plans to shut embassy in Iraq, India is not a fair weather friend'

Huge, huge test for the less than a month old Narendra Modi government. The MEA says the government will not leave any stone unturned in ensuring the release and the safe return of the 40 abducted construction workers. MEA spokes Syed Akbaruddin says India is not a fair weather friend and has no plans to shut its embassy in Iraq.
