June 16, 2014
On Day 2 of this trip to Bhutan, Prime Minister Narendra Mod will address the joint session of the Bhutan Parliament and is likely to stress on his B for B -- Bharat for Bhutan -- relations theory in that address, CNN-IBN reports.

Modi will also lay down the foundation stone of the 600 MV Kholongchu hydropower project.

The Bhutanese King will host a lunch for the PM and his delegation before they leave Thimphu later on Monday.

On Sunday, Modi inagurated the new Supreme Court building in Bhutan and promised greater educational opportunities to Bhutanese students. He also attended a banquet hosted by Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay.

This is the PM's first foreign visit.
