Update on the Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekara Rao. Vicky Nanjappa reports that KCR is now at the Parade Grounds in Hyderabad in an open jeep. He had hoisted the national flag and also the Telangana flag earlier. Scores of people are present at the ground and waving at their new Chief Minister.
