Indian Army Chief Vikram Singh visits the Kargil memorial in Drass to pay tribute the martyrs, 15 years after the conflict. He laid wreath at the memorial.

He will also visit the families of the war heroes.

Tomorrow India marks the 15th anniversary of the war.
