Narendra Modi, a first-time Parliamentarian, is a keen observer of behaviour of MPs and was disturbed to see newly-elected MPs across party lines troop into the well of the house and disrupt proceedings on the Day 1 of the budget session of Parliament.

Modi also took in the spectacle of Rahul Gandhi talking to RJD MP Pappu Yadav inside the Lok Sabha. BJP MPs are believed to have commented that if this is the kind of person Rahul Gandhi is courting, the party certainly needs help.
