The PM added, "Harek Bharat nagrik ki ichcha hai ki hamara Jammu aur Kashmir samriddh rahe. People in the remotest parts of the country should be a part of national development. It is every Indian's dream that people in J&K are happy and there is prosperity. We have to work for this, whether you are in power or not in power."
