Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is about to lead an Aam Aadmi Party dharna outside the Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde's office seeking suspension of five Delhi Police personnel, could be detained under Delhi Police Act if he goes ahead with the dharna, CNN IBN reports.
