The Aam Aadmi Party today issued a showcause notice to its rebel MLA Vinod Kumar Binny for violating party discipline.

They have asked him to respond by 5 pm tomorrow.

Binny went public with its grievances against Delhi CM Kejirwal and his government yesterday.
