Just in: Union Cabinet clears President's rule in Andhra Pradesh. The Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs on Wednesday evening recommended prorogation of the Parliament. Unless the two houses are prorogued, the government cannot issue the ordinance on President's rule in AP.
