Have no desire to become CM or PM: Kejriwal
February 16, 2014
Arvind Kejriwal claimed that he had no aspirations of becoming either "a CM or a PM".

"All I want to do is to spend my life working for my country," he said.

When asked how the AAP plans to contest the Lok Sabha polls -- without sufficient candidates or an organisational structure in place -- Kejriwal replied, "Janta khadi kar degi" (the people will take us to power).

He claimed that the people wanted the AAP to contest the Lok Sabha polls. The government led by him had delivered on the promises made by it in its 49-day tenure, said Kejriwal.

On whether he will contest the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls, Kejriwal said, "I will definitely campaign for AAP candidates. Contesting elections is not a primary concern for me".
