According to Twitter, Siddharth Varadarajan, a political analyst, has asked publisher Penguin to cancel his contract, pulp his book, and return copyright.

In an email to the publisher, he has expressed his disappointment at the former's decision to pulp Wendy Doniger's book on Hindus.
