Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has invited the BJP top leadership for lunch tomorrow. Earlier, the meeting was slated for dinner, but in the wake of exigencies the plan was changed, reports our Delhi correspondent.

While Sushma Swaraj had suggested that the BJP should act tough, the opinion in the party was that they should be aiming for a constructive meet.
