After AAP leader Kumar Vishwas reached out to people in Amethi, Congress has announced it will launch the 'Vikas Janchetna Padyatra' in all 16 blocks of Rahul Gandhi's constituency, under which its leaders will travel on foot to create awareness about the UPA government's work.
