Cong trying to influence Prez on Telangana Bill: YSR Congress

Coming down heavily on the Congress for rushing the Telangana Bill as "if it is a matter of national urgency", YSR Congress Party today said the party's statements on the date of its tabling were tantamount to influencing the President.
"Congress has been over-enthusiastic on the division process and its statements that the Bill will be tabled in the House on this date amount to influencing the President who is the Constitutional head and is capable of taking decisions on his own," party's deputy floor leader in Assembly Sobha Nagi Reddy told reporters.
