At his rally in Kolkata, Narendra Modi said, "Don't forget the Congress insulted Pranab Mukherjee. The Congress should have made him the prime minister after Indira Gandhi's death. In 2004 also Pranab was the senior-most, but Sonia Gandhi chose Manmohan Singh."
