Slapping a legal notice on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for including him in the list of "most corrupt", BJP leader Ananth Kumar today asked him to withdraw the charge or apologise within three days. Kumar is the second BJP leader to issue legal notice to the AAP leader after former party President Nitin Gadkari.
