The Bharatiya Janata Party says it will work towards the Ghar Wapsi (homecoming) of Kashmiri Pandits to Jammu and Kashmir if it forms the government in the state. 

In case it supports the People's Democratic Party -- the Kashmiri Pandits issue will be in the Common Minimum Programme, say sources.  

The Union ministry for urban development plans to include one percent allotment for Kashmiri Pandits in housing and commercial allotments in its planned 100 smart cities across the country.
