Omar on backing BJP: 99% NO, but there's a crack
December 23, 2014

Jammu and Omar Abdullah speaking to NDTV on the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections says, "I am really not aspiring for the office of Chief Minister and I really don't want it now. It's a mess."

Omar on backing BJP: "99 per cent no, but there is a crack. If Mufti Mohd Saeed calls me to form government, I will consider it. But as of now there has been no communication from the PDP. With 17 MLAs the NC remains a key player.

We are not calling Amit Shah either, but if the phone rings it rings."
