Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah was seen at a polling booth in Sonowar casting his vote during the fourth phase of the assembly elections. Speaking to the media after casting his vote, the CM said, "It matters how the voters feel about the work that I have done. Voters are smart."
