Despite Friday's serial terror strikes in Kashmir, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will go ahead with his programme to address two election rallies on Monday, sources in the PMO said.

Modi condemned the terror attacks in Kashmir, saying these are "desperate attempts" to derail the atmosphere of hope created by the increased voter turnout. The coordinated attacks were carried out in places which are going to polls on December 9.
