Phillip's younger sister Megan Hughes is now delivering her eulogy. The younger sister breaks down midway while delivering it. "Phillip, I am so honoured to call myself your little sister. I know you will be smiling down on us when times get tough. I want to thank you for being the most amazing brother I could ask for."
She adds, "There won't be a day that goes by that I won't think of you.You have certainly changed the way I look at and appreciate life. I will certainly take every opportunity that comes by. Over the last few days I have learnt to say goodbye, but I have realised that goodbye doesn't mean forever. Until next time, I love you big brother."
