The Juhu-Lonavala commercial sea-plane service is scheduled to be launched today. The first flight will take off around 9:30 am from Juhu beach in Mumbai and will land at the Pawana dam near Lonavala. The journey from Mumbai to Lonavala takes about two and a half hours by road, and now travelers can cover the distance within 30 minutes.
