Prime Minister Modi commissions INS Kolkata

Addressing the crowds at the commissioning, Prime Modi says, "Yesterday we celebrated Independence Day but it is our Armed Forces that are protecting the free India." He added, "This is the biggest indigenous 'Nirman Karya'."
He further added that the INS Kolkata reflected the progress the Navy has made and congratulated those in the making of the ship.
